Cancellation Policy
As a small, community-based academy, sharing photos and videos helps us promote our classes, celebrate student progress, and showcase the positive atmosphere at Leixlip Flow BJJ. By booking a class at Leixlip Flow BJJ, you acknowledge and consent that photos or short videos may be taken during training or events for social media and promotional purposes. For children’s classes, this consent also applies to parents or guardians booking on their behalf. If you or your child prefer not to be photographed or recorded, just let an instructor know before class — we’ll always respect your wishes. Please cancel your class at least 3 hours before your session so another person can take your place. Thank you! :)
