Welcome to the official website of Leixlip Flow Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Website Use
1.1. The content on this Site is for general information and promotional purposes only. It is subject to change without notice.
1.2. You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use this Site and any of its services, including class bookings or purchases.
1.3. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
2. Class Bookings and Payments
2.1. Class schedules, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
2.2. Payment must be made in full before attending any classes or events.
2.3. Booking cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee or loss of the session credit.
2.4. We reserve the right to refuse service or participation to anyone who does not comply with our code of conduct or safety rules.
3. Memberships and Subscriptions
3.1. Memberships may be purchased via our Site or in person.
3.2. All membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under Irish consumer law.
3.3. Members are responsible for cancelling their subscriptions where applicable.
4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
4.1. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a physically demanding contact sport. Participation is at your own risk.
4.2. By attending classes or events, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical activity and release Leixlip Flow Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, loss, or damages incurred during training.
4.3. All participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions and may be required to complete a waiver form before attending.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. All students and visitors are expected to maintain respect, hygiene, and sportsmanship at all times.
5.2. Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in permanent expulsion from the academy without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content, including logos, photos, videos, and text on this Site is the property of Leixlip Flow Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy unless otherwise stated and may not be used without permission.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected through the Site will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2. By using this Site, you consent to our use of cookies and data processing practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
